2. Face Data & Image Processing (Magic Effects / Visual Features)

Some creative features in the App may allow users to insert or edit images (for example, using templates or effects). These features are designed only for decorative or creative purposes.

• Apple’s Vision/Core Image frameworks are used only for on-device detection to check if an image contains a person.
• If a person is detected, the image is shown in the selected template.
• If not, an API may be used only for background removal.
• No facial data is shared with any API, and uploaded images are deleted immediately after processing — not stored permanently.
• The App does not collect, store, or analyze any face data or perform facial recognition.
• All other image editing and visual effects are processed entirely on your device.

These measures ensure that no face data or biometric identifiers are ever uploaded, stored, or shared.

3. Third-Party Services

The App uses Firebase Analytics to collect anonymized usage and crash data. These third-party tools help improve App performance and user experience. No face, biometric, or personal image data is shared with Firebase or any other service.

User Information: Retained while your account remains active. You may request deletion at any time.

Automatically Collected Information: Retained only as long as necessary for analytics and performance improvements.

Images (Magic Effects): Processed locally or deleted immediately after background removal.

Security

The App employs physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards such as encryption, secure servers, and access controls. Since image and face-related features operate entirely on-device, your images remain protected by your device’s security system.

5. Data Sharing and Disclosure

Third-Party Services: Limited to analytics and crash tracking via Firebase.

Security & Fraud Prevention: Shared only if necessary to protect against fraud or unauthorized access.

No face or biometric data is shared, stored, or transmitted at any point.
